Renowned for his expertise in policy advising, economics, and structuring Overseas Development Assistance (ODA), he actively drives energy and development initiatives with a commitment to an inclusive business model as a guiding principle. His extensive background includes serving as Special Adviser for ODA and Privatization to key government departments, and contributing to the Philippine Power Sector advisory group. His leadership has extended to major projects, notably as Project Director of the Ocean & Tide Energy potential resource assessment initiative. In addition to his current role as Chairman of EOil & Gas Co., Inc., he holds several influential positions, including Chief Executive Officer of EEMMAAN and Directorships at SAMASA, Inc. and AAA, Inc., a digital inclusive business firm. Dr. Sajid’s experience also encompasses various advisory roles, such as being a Special Adviser to the Secretary of the National Economic Authority and participating in trade negotiations with the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry. His strategic contributions were crucial in establishing the Subic-Clark Alliance Development Council and securing free port status for the Clark Special Economic Zone, as well as developing the conceptual Master Plan for the Clark Free Port Zone that supports the Clark-Subic Mega Logistics Hub. Throughout his career, Dr. Sajid has consistently showcased his ability to facilitate collaborative planning and operations, underscoring his dedication to enhancing economic development and fostering sustainable advancements within the energy sector and beyond. Bai Yasmin Sinsuat

CEO - President

Ms. Sinsuat is the guiding spirit behind EOil, hailing from the highly respected Sinsuat clan in Mindanao, where she holds the rank of Princess. Her father, a Datu—a title bestowed upon respected chieftains, sovereign princes, and monarchs in the Visayas and Mindanao—has a municipality in Maguindanao named after him. She served as an Adviser for Overseas Development Assistance (ODA) & Privatization Affairs to the Secretary of the Department of Energy (DOE) and was a Director in the Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) Social Fund Board, overseeing the implementation of foreign-funded community livelihood and infrastructure projects across the five ARMM provinces. Additionally, she was the Project Director of the Coconut Sap Sugar Production Project in Sultan Kudarat and Maguindanao. A distinguished educator, she was the Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mindanao State University Maguindanao and the Research and Technology Extension and Development Center (MSUMMRTDC). Currently, she serves as the Chairperson of the Datu Odin Sinsuat Development and Educational Foundation (DOSDEF), which operates a school dedicated to providing education to the youth in Mindanao. With a Master’s degree in Development Management from the prestigious Asian Institute of Management (AIM), she is a recognized expert in Mindanao politics, internal affairs, project management, project design and methodology, training development, and information, education, and communication (IEC) strategy.

Asnawi Jojo S. Limbona

Vice President

The Vice President of EOil and Gas Co. Inc. brings extensive experience in governance, political strategy, conflict resolution, and community development, particularly in Mindanao. With a strong background in both public service and grassroots initiatives, he has significantly influenced the legislative, economic, and peace-building landscape in Maguindanao Province. Serving for nine years as a three-term Provincial Board Member of Maguindanao, he played a crucial role in provincial legislation, authoring laws that led to the creation of Northern Kabuntalan Municipality and Datu Blah Sinsuat Municipality. He also spearheaded the MagPeace Scholarship Program, which provides educational opportunities for indigent students and former rebels as part of reintegration efforts. Beyond legislation, he served as a Political Analyst and Adviser to the Regional Chairman of the political party Lakas NUCD and played a key role in peace-building efforts as the Lead Convenor of the BangsaMoro Inner Guard, facilitating the transition of MILF field members from military activities to economic and livelihood initiatives. His commitment to peace and development continued as an Adviser to the Office of the Chancellor at MSU Maguindanao under the OPAPP Pro Program (Office of the Presidential Assistant on Peace Process), where he contributed to the MILF Camp Badre Development and Rehabilitation Project. Additionally, he led an eco-tourism initiative at Sapalan Falls, Datu Odin Sinsuat, funded by the Bikers BOSS (BMW Owners of Saferiders Society, Blackhawk Cotabato). His dedication to community development is evident in his role as Chairperson of the SAMASA Consortium and as the Founding Chairman of Samasa II Farmers Cooperative, where he worked to establish Barangay Irrigation Associations and Farmers Associations in collaboration with the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) and the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Agrarian Reform (MAFAR-BARMM) to enhance agricultural productivity and sustainability. Furthermore, as an active Volunteer Facilitator in Barangay Justice Affairs, he has focused on peace-making efforts and strengthening traditional conflict resolution mechanisms, with his work in resolving “rido” (ethnic family conflicts) contributing to long-term peace and stability in Maguindanao.

Tomomi Kasetani

Executive Marketing Officer - Director

Tomomi Kasetani is a highly skilled business executive and consultant with extensive experience in project management, business coordination, and international trade across multiple industries. Actively involved in various investment projects, he specializes in trading fuel oils, biomass fuels, and construction materials, with a strong focus on renewable energy solutions, including biomass power plants and waste-to-energy projects, as well as the development of resort and urban cities. His expertise extends to managing partnerships and sales activities related to power equipment, LNG, and precious metals, positioning him as a strategic leader in both the energy and construction sectors. Over his career, Kasetani has held leadership positions such as membership in SEB Japan and directorship at Sumitomo Eco Business Co., Ltd. in Osaka, building strong international networks with major corporations like IAH Resources (Malaysia), UZMA Engineering (Malaysia), and Pertamina (Indonesia). With over two decades of experience, he began his career in leasing and credit sales at APLUS Co., Ltd. before transitioning into construction, oil and gas, and renewable energy. His portfolio includes key projects in LNG supply chains, solar power plant development, and international business matching, with significant trade and investment negotiations in the Philippines, Malaysia, Nigeria, and Guinea. Currently, Currently, he is leading in charge of some of our company's project, 1) Development of the Geothermal power generation Project, 2) Integrated Coconut factory operation and development, 3) Biomass fuel development, 4) Construction of LNG supply chain  and Development of LNG power generation., aligning with global energy trends, and advancing the company’s strategic shift toward cleaner, renewable energy solutions, further solidifying his leadership in cross-border business development and sustainable energy initiatives.

Flor Aguilar

Officer-in-Charge - Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Aguilar, a dedicated advocate for the strict implementation of government policies, has served the Philippine Government for several decades, gaining extensive expertise in navigating government agencies and top corporations. As a key officer and Chief of the Bureau of Customs, she played a crucial role in overseeing importation and tax collection, regulating and facilitating trade, assessing and collecting import duties and taxes, and combating illegal trade and customs fraud. Her leadership was instrumental in devising and managing customs management systems to enhance trade facilitation. In addition to her work in customs, she also served with the Land Transportation & Regulatory Office/Commission (LTRO), where she was responsible for implementing transportation rules and regulations, further demonstrating her commitment to upholding government policies and regulatory compliance.

His international impact includes establishing training companies in several countries, while at Rooney Shipping & Trading Pty Ltd, he managed significant logistics projects for the Department of Defence in Australia.
